If you scroll down the two pages of replies you will notice that a number of people are now thinking that Miscavige only started his physical abuses in 2002. I have two postings in that thread (I post as “SME”) and in the second one I point out how Miscavige has been physically abusive since as least 81/82. I also reposted that on a couple other forums. It’s important for many reasons that we understand how his controlling abuse dates back to 81 and did NOT start in 2002. Not the least of reasons why it is important is that per my posting in the above link Miscavige has frequently perjured himself in the 80s and 90s by saying that he did not control the very people he beat and ran. Special Editorial Note: Former Scientology high level executives and staff or members like Jeff Hawkins, Larry Brennan and Jenna Miscavige are asked to collaborate together as first hand witnesses or victims of these felony assaults and to help contact and encourage other Scientology executives to come forward and quickly go to the proper government officials and file individual criminal felony assault and battery charges against David Miscavige personally! He will then be picked up and booked. When asked about why it has taken so long for you to come forward, tell the government officials that you were victims of the Stockholm Syndrome and classic mind control and this is the first time you are physically and mentally able to come forward. They will understand and experts can be brought in to help them understand.

As a group and as independent witnesses you will be able to support each others felony assault witness testimony. This will make the criminal cases easier for the prosecutors and you also will then be far more successful in bringing civil litigation against both David Miscavige and Scientology with numerous witnesses and victims saying the same thing about these felony assaults that occurred at various times with various people. (This is the very successful two step procedure (first criminal then civil litigation,) used by the Goldman Family against OJ Simpson. It has been used time and time again all over the world to win large civil money judgments to punish the wrong doers! The victims should easily receive multimillion dollar judgments in their civil cases toping anything Scientology has ever paid before.

There is a second more important reason that all of the individuals who where either victims of or, witnesses to these felony assaults by David Miscavige must come forward and collaborate as multiple victims or witnesses and get their information to government officials FAST. Mike Rinder and now Marty Rathburn (the two next most senior executives in Scientology under Miscavige,) have just physically disappeared! For their physical and mental safety and the physical safety of all existing senior staff members — all individuals who were witnesses or victims of these felony assaults by David Miscavige need to get in touch with the others who are now speaking out and with the proper government officials who can file the proper criminal charges. ..
