The Global Scientology Reformation, Restitution and Whistleblower Disclosure Project Begins

Are criminal indictments of Scientology’s leader David Miscavige, its top executives and attorneys inevitable?

Scientology has long been recognized as the single most destructive cult in the world today. It also uses the most advanced fourth generation technologies of mind control upon its unsuspecting members. Therapists who assist former members rate the damage that Scientology does as the most severe and long lasting of all cults in the world today. Scientology is also the poster child for using fear and intimidation against anyone who stands up to it and discloses its continuing serious human rights abuses. Scientology is a cult that needs to be reformed and is incapable of doing it for itself…

On August 8, 2008 in San Francisco, www.Factnet.org hosted a group of about 25 individuals composed of Anonymous members, Factnet Staff and x scientology members. At the event Factnet did a presentation of its ideas on how to collaborate globally to reform Scientology so that all its victims are given full restitution. Part of this presentation was about how individuals all over the world might taking part in a new super-secure, whistleblower disclosure project on all the criminal, illegal and immoral acts that Scientology has been and is currently involved in. This presentation also contains ideas for numerous educational projects relating to Scientology’s human rights abuses.

What is next for the Global Scientology Reformation, Restitution and Whistleblower Disclosure Project:

Factnet is currently writing up a reformation project and software specifications list for the design of super-secure online tools and a data base that will allow former members, other cult education organizations and interested parties to anonymously (or non-anonymously,) participate in the Whistleblower Disclosure project relating to all criminal, illegal and immoral acts that Scientology has been and is involved in. We anticipate that the project design specifications and coordination with other project co-sponsoring cult education organizations around the world and other interested individuals for their input will take 1-3 months. (Factnet will be and act as another member of a global community in this project and does not seek any specialness or ownership of this open, peer to peer project.)

Staffing and creation of the super secure (military intelligence level secure,) online tools for the Scientology Whistleblower Disclosure part of the project may take another 3-6 months. Collection, analysis and summary of evidence from tens of thousands of X-scientologists and interested parties could take another 6-24 months before evidence summaries can be presented to government criminal prosecutors all over the world in such a way that it would compel criminal indictment of David Miscavige and Scientology’s other top leaders and attorneys.

The Scientology Whistleblower information collected could also be used to support effective civil class action lawsuits against scientology as well as support individual lawsuits against Scientology — in that it would provide a wealth of corroborating evidence to individuals in their private litigation against Scientology as well.

The videos below also discuss the reasons why the reformation of Scientology is so critical right now as well as ideas for how to and how not to do this effectively.
