I wanted to post this also as a help for anyone hurt by abusive practices of clergy, pastors, or even other Christians. It's a book by an author who left the institutional church named Gene Edwards.

It's a book called Exquisite Agony, a book spoken from experience by Gene Edwards. It has some very profound deep revelation and suffering at the hands of Christians. It's a good read and help for anyone in this situation.
