You had better hope that it is of the Holy Ghost, because if you're wrong, then you've committed a sin that cannot be forgiven in this age or the next. Personally, I'm very careful in assigning blame or credit for any doctrine, action, etc., to the Holy Spirit, or denying credit of such, either. But one thing I know, ridiculing a man's teeth, or stigmatizing a young woman is not of Christ.

You said:

It was only an eye-opener to those who hate him. [i.e., Mike]

I'm not aware of anyone, here, who hates him. But it's a sad commentary if it was not an eye-opener to those who love Mike, for this means that either his wickedness in these posts has been evident all along, and those who love him have been apathetic concerning it, or that those who love him are just too blind to be affected by the light that has been shed on Mike's character.

If that's so, then the irreverent Kekel would have shown a degree of wisdom if he had not brought her into his tirade.

Hey, weren't there a few hundred people who were willing to die with David Koresch? I guess he must have been a wonderfully godly guy, too.

LetGodBeTrue... leftin1991 Les Rhinehart probably won't say that's who he is because then we'll remember his post about two men becoming one flesh... could be that he speaks from experience on that matter... HOW SICK!

Whirlywindy:

"Anything that is said, that is not based upon the bible, is openly set forth as such."

This is the heart of personalizing God's ministry, that novices, or perverters of the Gospel (Gal 1:7), err in.

1) Why would a minister preach anything from the pulpit that is not biblicly based?

2) If it's qualified with 'That's Just me', then it's not Jesus! And we would see Jesus, and Him only!

3) So, when the man of God 'speaks' from the pulpit, and then let's you know it's only his personal manner, then the loving, trusting, affectionate, and believeing hearers really can just 'take it or leave it', right? Right.

4) This statement was made to try and recover from the fact that much of their pulpit commands are personal standards preached as the Scriptures themselves. (No cutting hair for women. No alcohol at all. Must tithe. Dresses for women, pants for men. No jewelry at all, except a wedding ring: they have determined that's ok. No wives working on obs at all: because God has them out soulwinning instead, etc...Modern day Pentecostal holiness traditions)

Such proselytizing and personal-ruling ministers of private righteousness, don't even know when they've condemned their ministering out of their own mouths. But, that is as the Lord said it would be.

Girlywind:

"It grieves me to post the following things."
Really? Then why say them? Going to go on and grieve yourself some more? If it grieves the Holy Ghost, then it's not of faith...But maybe you don't have the Holy Ghost, and it's only 'Just you'!

I have been personally grieved by nothing I have said on theis net. It's just Bible, afterall. If not, I can be corrected. I'm not a self-excusing hypocrite prior to bombarding people personally for the sake of rescuing my position or program. And, even if certain personal things were true, does that then automatically invalidate their statements of experience? Were the destitute escapees of the Florida labor camps not to be listened to, because they were not successful businessmen? So, what's a 'hippy'? A too 'independent-minded' fellow? What? Was he a thief or a murderer or some such?(Acts 18:14) I hereby state plainly I would rather be around a hippy with no personal agenda to push, than susceptible to cultizing user ministers who destroy souls by unscriptural practices among themselves and over others.

This is proper etiquite -common sense-, and that is my opinion. Honesty and judging rightly by the Scriptures are better than feigned faith and love.

Bro Derrick, I don't suppose Kekel, or whoever Whirlwind is, ever said:

Anything that is said, that is not based upon the bible, is openly set forth as such and labeled "the traditions of the elders."

Default Whirlybird: "I feel tha

Whirlybird:

"I feel that sincere readers should know the manner of people writing the negative commentary and the real reasons why they departed from among this congregation of saints and godly people."

1) So, if anyone leaves with a bad testimony of the ministering, all are liars. No, there are other Christians 'out there', but only the ones who have not met us yet, and then have their chance to get in the right church, or those who have have left, and have later apologized for leaving. But, for the stubborn rebels who dared to leave without repentance: they are counted as 'enemies' by public decree of one great leader, and is no 'brother' of mine by another.

2) And, of course, it's the congregation of good people that we got away from, not the ministry. You continue to point out the ungodly nature of the leaders, and they continue to point to the 'church' as under attack. Anything to avoid the accusation where it was directed. (Railing accusation is a sin for Christians not to make against the devil, not accusation period. But, for some greats, anything of a critical 'tone' is blasphemy)

The truth being: coming out from under unbiblic rule for your own soul's sake, usually means a de facto ostracism from the brothers and sisters you love. I do not try to get anyone into a church, neither do I try to get anyone out. Indeed, the violated love for the 'leaders' was bad enough to go thru, but what can a Christian do? Loyalty to men must at some point give way to love of God only as your Lord. If the ministering is antagonistic to Christian welfare by unscriptural and psycholigical methods, then the Christian must depart and not be partaker of their sins over others. And it's not isolation time from the group, but rather solitude time with Jesus.

The sum and tone of the whole 'message' was more typical pulpiteering expertise and double-talk: in a well orchestrated way, simply saying: you guys are all wrong for leaving, our guys just need to keep praising our merits, and just pray and shut up! Would you? Because we don't like what you're saying about us and our ministry, and it's not helping us at all, and that's bad, because everything we do is God's work, so to not help us is to be against God, who raised us up to help and direct everyone else, who's got sense enough to see it!

A few NTCCers here are the org's worst enemy because they're doing exactly that, Viv. It is like an obsessed cultmember on FACTNET to make comments that only attempt to distract the readers away from the points that are being made. The result is that such people are illustrating some of the very problems being discussed here (and in other threads).
Yet those same ones are trying to score points with M.C. Kekel because they know he would want them to post in that way. Otherwise, there would be memos and phone calls made to these few brave NTCCers that post on this wise calling for them to stop because they are a bad reflection on the org and that "we're not that way." Yet that won't happen, because WHIRLYWIND/GIRLYWIND/WHIRLWIND is MCKEKEL. The posts of some NTCCers on this (and other threads) show that they are just following the ways of their master.
They know I am right on this matter, because NTCC's leadership is VERY big on their image and "testimony" to the public...so much so that many of the rules and decrees made in seminary, conferences, and throughout the org reflect that. So when some individuals have said they have proof positive that Whirlwind is MCKEKEL, I can believe it just on the circumstantial evidence of the org leadership not stopping their underlings from making posts that bring a bad reflection on NTCC.
Again, Viv, you're right....if they were silent, there would have been doubt. Some NTCCers have removed all doubt.

Default Since you brought up his name

Since you brought up his name for the second time, CC, why don't you call and ask him what happened to him? He may not even tell you anyway. There is so much you people don't know that it's not even funny. I wish I had the liberty to spell it all out, but I can't out of respect to him.
I take your name calling and admonition to go back to the support group as an admission of a loss....you have nothing else to say. If you (and some other NTCCers on this forum) had something to say, you'd say it in a heartbeat...but nothing's there cuz you know not what you speak of. It's like Rush, he brings out facts and proofs, but the libs come back with alot of nothing. Same here. Still love you all in Indy, though.

Default Amber you emailed me privately

Amber you emailed me privately last year and you know how I am. I probably still have those emails. I treated you fine and we had some good talks. If you are trying to get some these exers to be your buddy because you are fighting for their "cause" you are going to get hurt. They can't even be true to themsleves. You need to be on the winning team. That is God's team. If you could understand a fraction of what these people have done and are doing I believe you would get as far from them as possible but you, just as them, are so blinded by evil and hatred.

Yes, I rose up and tried to make a point with what was said to me. They say I was showing agression, rudeness and being mean to Bryan. Can you believe that! If you would get you head out of the sand and be honest, if that had been said by one of us to one of you, everyone of you would have talked about how awful it was. But you will probably lie like the rest. But what else can be expected.
