    Again, thanks for the reply!

i have no clue who's blood I have in me now. Do you know that you even loose some of the blood they put in you. So I would love to know how much actually takes in your systme when they do a blood transfusion. I wonder about one more thing what the big deal about it. All blood is pretty much the same, but DNA is not.

    Dear Truthchild:

I am truly happy for you. However, you would not be the first person a physician expressed that they would “die” if they did not do a certain medical procedure, like blood, as JW’s are living proof of this and should you ever listen to the link I pointed to you on the previous page, you will learn that Bloodless surgery is indeed the fasting growing medical field, for a reason! More and more non JW’s are the ones requesting this! As to common sense, this differs greatly from person to person, though that, is another story!

    Dear Turtle:

Thank you for your post. I trust that whatever the amount, that most of it gets used. And yes, I agree, that while the blood “type” is the same, the footprints of it, the DNA, is not.

This might be true, but guess what I have had transfusions so my blood probably ain't mine anyway.

    Hi Turtle:

Thank you for your reply, I agree, that many including some former JW’s have had no issues with blood transfusions, however and again, I posted this to show a different prospective on blood verses the one usually expounded upon here in this forum and others like it showing that taking such a stand is not so unreasonable!

    Thanks again for your reply.
