why do we as nelievers the "sons of God" have to work as hard as the heathens. IT MAKES NO SENSE. Its like you think our only gift is eternal life, God said ALL THINGS ARE UNDER OUR FEET. When i give i give to preachers who give out more than anyone. I tell you look up the irs reports on the 700 club, joyce meyers , creflo dollar, kenneth copeland. thier record of giving is uncomparable . They open their books. The ones to worry about is the ones who NEVER talk about money. they hide thier lies in the dark. I just cant beleive how the devil is deceiving you. You are missing out on being a humongous blessing to so many more. I gie you scriptures and you discount them, you see that is why i will not go on writng all these scriptures , bwecasue it is pointless. YOU ARE DECEIVED. so nothing will comvince, so while i prosper and bless the lord with my commitment and wealth. I feel sorry, that you are missing out on GODS FULL PLAN FOR THIS EARTH

By the way... Kenneth Hagin sr. is dead. Died of heart disease...Hmmm.. one of the major teachers on faith healing.

So i will go on dilligently seeking the word and performing miracles as, i have been doing in JESUS"S name, because he has given me ALL AUTHORITY to do so. You might want to read the screwtape letters to see how spirits can convince you that your views might be influenced, becasue they do not line up with the word. I'm not putting down the fact that some good is coming out of it. But it's in spite of it's false prophecy and teaching, not because of it. It still doesn't justify it. Otherwise you could justify many other groups that are endangering people. Just like Greater Grace that's on this board.

Your analogy of the speck is useless to this context. The Bible clearly shows that we are to expose false prophets and false teachers for what they are because they deceive people.

The NT says that if someone preaches the true gospel even with false motives it's still commended, but NEVEF teaching false gospel for ANy reason. I have a clue and I gave it to everyone here, they are false prophets and false teachers. If you ignore that you do so at your own peril.

So, I can go on the road and supposedly produce countless salvations and then turn around and teach false prophecies and tell them that the God I'm telling them about is different than the one in the Bible is okay? I'm sorry, something is wrong with that picture. But first there is an important issue. If I teach a false God and a false Christ can He save? Absolutely not. So there again if any are saved it's not because of the ministry it's because of the Word of God they did receive or by the Holy Spirit but it sure isn't the result of a false gospel or false Christ. It's simply glossing over the issue which is not excusable at all.

So, don't take the word of the web sites. But can't you examine what they say in light of truth? The fact remains in recordings of their own teachings, books, and online they cleary teach a false gospel, a false Christ, and a false God that cannot save. If you still choose to follow them it's because of your own pride to fail to see the truth.

They aren't 4 of the most prolific preachers, unless you count them as false. They're good at deceiving you.

Prove me wrong then. Show me that they don't teach that Jesus had to pay for our sins in hell instead of on the cross. Show me that they don't teach the other things that were claimed. I'm sorry, you can't because they clearly do in the writings, their recordings, on tv for all to see and yet you can't see it. If I'm dillusional because of that where does that put you?

4him, I'm sorry these people get upset. But any time you force people to face the truth they have a couple of options. One is stand for what they believe without even testing it, or test it and see if what they are accused of is true.

But it forces you to face the fact you might have been deceived and it's hard to admit that. I've spent the past how every many years finding out that really the battle is the result of people being biblically illiterate. Oh, they may read but they don't take out what the text says but read something back into it. People are handed a Bible without any skill on proper biblical interpretation at all. Then people wonder why we have all this nonsense in the first place. Even if people would be like the Bereans and compare what these people say and compare it to scripture. But there again they have a warped view of how to handle scriptures that they do the very same things.

I always recommend the book "How To Read The Bible For All It's Worth" by Gordon D. Fee. It doesn't tell you what scripture says it shows you the pitfalls of what people do wrong when reading such as failing to observe context, plus it gives you the skill and things to look for and questions to ask to arrive at a proper interpretation instead of reading things back into the text that is clearly not intended.

I am in total agreement. MY biggest pet peeve is how scripture is taken out of context. Pick a verse here and there and trying to put them together to create new doctrine. Unfortunatly they are sending thousands to hell because of their false teachings. It is time for the church to wake up and read the bible for themselves,instead of trusting a man to continually lead them down the wrong path.
Come on church WAKE UP!! Judge what you are being taught against what the bible really says.

Amen on that. I do put a large part of the blame on churches not truly making disciples and equipping them to interpret scripture properly though too.

A book I always recommend and it was one of the first books I bought after becomming a Christian "How To Read The Bible For All It's Worth" - by Gordon D. Fee. I think it's about $10 or so and small enough and easy to read for most people. It explains about context, history, and the pitfalls that people fall into. Things such as reading something into the text instead of letting the text speak for itself.

Also it seems so interesting that most of the WOF church leaders will not share their financial statements even with there congregations,much less the general public. If the prosperity they teach is so biblical, then why are they hiding where all the money goes??

Jesus is coming back soon! how many of you will be left standing in your churches when the rapture takes place. Those of you who are dissing Creflo Dollar obviously have never heard or read "Thou shalt not touch God's anointed." Creflo Dollar is an anointed man of God. Maybe you should try reading his books, study his ministry and life before passing judgement on him. If you are a true Christian you would know that we are not to judge our brother, that is for God alone to do. The color of love by Dr. Dollar is a wonderful book that everyone would benefit from reading. We need more pastors, teachers, and ministries like Dr. Dollars. }}}

Please do not use that verse regarding touch not God's annointed. That was used for specific group of prophets in the old testament. I have read and watched CD and spent the last 7 yrs in WOF churches, so I can speak on what they teach. No one is judging the Man. We are judging what they teach, and what they teach is not in the Word of God.
PS besides, who annointed him??
